I agree to participate in a training session with CoreFit Newcastle Pty Ltd. I acknowledge that there are risks involved in participating in fitness training. I agree to release and discharge CoreFit Newcastle from any injuries sustained by me as a result of participation in this training. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless, CoreFit Newcastle against any liability incurred as a result of such injury or loss. I agree to be included CoreFit Newcastle’s mailing list I agree to photos & videos, if any, taken during the training session to be used by CoreFit Newcastle. I further certify that I have fully read and understand the terms of this agreement and will comply with the contents herein.
